1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of orizon42.com and of the emails Orizon42 sends. By using the site or subscribing to our emails, you agree to them.

Each app we publish has its own terms, which govern that app. Where they differ from these, the app's terms prevail for that app:

2. The website

The site is provided for information. You may browse it and link to any of its pages freely.

You agree not to disrupt it, overload it, or try to reach parts of it that are not meant to be public.

3. Our emails

Subscribe only with an address that is yours. You can unsubscribe at any time, from the link at the bottom of any of our news emails.

Service emails — account confirmation, password reset, security notices — are part of the app you use and are governed by that app's terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, the Orizon42 name, and the names, logos and interfaces of our apps remain the property of Orizon42. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you. The fonts used on the site are distributed under their own licenses.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as the App Store. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and our emails are provided "as is." Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury where the law forbids such limitation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.

We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably: write to us. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts, including, if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
